BIO / STATEMENT
Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, Erik Otto has worked professionally in the arts for over 10 years. From street corners to distinguished galleries, Otto has presented his work on a variety of levels, meanwhile designing and constructing installations, theater sets, retail store fronts, and independent film sets. Often improvising with a growing list of mediums and reclaimed materials, Otto's creates work that is both expressive and conceptual that finds resolution in capturing the moment where beauty meets chaos.
